Barn Operations Manager
Established in 1969, Thorncroft is one of the premier Therapeutic Equestrian Centers in the United States. Thorncroft specializes in therapeutic horseback riding and other equine-assisted activities (EAA) for both children and adults with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. Thorncroft’s Barn Operations Manager is crucial to the success of our organization.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Barn Operations Manager to manage the care of our herd of 35 lesson horses and ponies in support of our mainstream lesson program. Candidate must have a strong background in equine management and a team-oriented attitude.

PATH Intl Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor

This PATH Intl. Certified Riding Instructor will be responsible for providing therapeutic riding instruction according to PATH Intl. and CTRC guidelines with the utmost attention given to maintaining rider, volunteer, and horse safety. Some evenings and weekends will be required. Days and hours needed may vary during session breaks. All hours must be worked on site. This position can be physically demanding and requires the ability to mount and dismount participants weighing up to 200 pounds, running and standing in arena footing and working outside in all weather.
