Victory Gallop

As Thorncroft’s premier fundraising event, the Victory Gallop presents an unforgettable black-tie evening for the benefit of the Farm.

Thorncroft’s 36th Annual Victory Gallop will be held on June 12, 2021 at a private residence in Willistown, Pennsylvania.

Invitations will be sent in April, 2021.

Who Benefits From the Victory Gallop?

Established in 1969, Thorncroft is one of the oldest Therapeutic Equestrian Centers in the United States. Thorncroft specializes in therapeutic horseback riding for both children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. We provide an environment of love and respect, which allows true healing and growth to occur.

Thorncroft serves 350 students per week. In 2019 alone, the Farm gave out $75,000 in scholarship to students who, due to financial constraints, were unable to afford the therapy offered at Thorncroft.

Support the Farm!

Horses evoke deep emotional and physical responses in people, especially in individuals affected by or managing trauma or stress. Because of this innate quality, horses offer unique healing opportunities for veterans returning from service and emergency first responders.

Beginning on March 4, this six-week session will explore horsemanship fundamentals including a study on equine behavior, learning to groom and tack, herd dynamics, and round penning. No prior horse experience is required. Class size is limited to six individuals.
