You’re invited to climb aboard and celebrate our 14th Annual Lobstah Bake and BBQ in support of Thorncroft’s life-changing mission. Join us on October 8, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. as we combine New England charm with equestrian chic into a exciting evening filled with great food, good friends, and of course… Lobstah!
Thorncroft welcome guests to join them for this staple of the Main Line’s fall calendar. Guests may choose between dining table side or enjoy our premium tailgating experience! In addition to live music by and phenomenal food by John Serock Catering , guests will be treated to a performance by Thorncroft’s equestrian drill team, The Mainstreamers, and take part in our fourth-annual tailgate competition!
The Lobstah Bake is a rain or shine event.
At Sponsorship levels of Crusher Claw and above, you and your guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the evening from a named, premium tailgate spot! Limited spots available
Each tailgate spot will be supplied with a table and chairs. Please feel free to bring any tents, additional chairs, and other tailgating accessories you and your guests desire.
And don’t forget those decorations for our Fourth Annual Tailgate Competition! The most festive location will be crowned tailgate champion and take home the Golden Lobstah.
Dine-In Tent Seating Information
For those joining us on-site, guests will receive a seat, or table depending on sponsorship level selected, in our open-air type tent.
Please note that there is no carry-out option for 2023.
What is Included?
Each guest will receive a lobster dinner complete with pork bbq and a selection of sides crafted by John Serock Catering. Open beer and wine bar, soda, water, and light cocktail hour food provided. Children’s meals include pork bbq and sides. A vegetarian dinner option is available with advanced notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that as this event is a fundraiser, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or adjust ticket pricing per menu items consumed. (For example, if you do not eat lobster, we are unable to adjust the ticket price.)

Individual tickets available online beginning September 1, 2023 or by calling the Farm at that time at 610-644-1963. Individual ticketing begins at $95.00 per person. Children 12 and under $25.00. (Please note children’s meals do not include lobster.) Ticket sales end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023.
